Refund Policies

If a class which has not begun is cancelled by BEI, a full refund of tuition, registration and materials fees will be issued within thirty (30) days of date of cancellation.

Registration and materials fees are not refundable unless a class which has not begun is cancelled by BEI.

Registration fee is not transferable.

A written notification of withdrawal from class by a student is required as a condition for issuing refunds.

A full refund of tuition paid will be issued if written withdrawal request is made before the first day of attendance. (Refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of date of the first scheduled day of class or written withdrawal request, whichever is earlier)

If a student withdraws at any point in the first four weeks of a cycle, BEI reserves the right to retain all charges applicable to the first four weeks of that cycle. (Refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of written withdrawal request)

If a student withdraws after the midpoint of a cycle, BEI reserves the right to retain all charges applicable to that cycle.

If a student withdraws after four weeks but before or at the mid-point of the cycle, BEI reserves the right to retain a prorated amount of tuition. The prorated amount will be calculated on a weekly basis. When determining the number of weeks, BEI will consider a partial week the same as if a whole week were completed, provided the student was present at least on day during the scheduled week.

  • Tuition refunds will not be issued to students who have paid for only a portion of a cycle.

  • A student does not qualify for a refund if he/she is terminated due to violation of the institution’s written disciplinary and/or attendance policies.

Cancellation Policy:

  • BEI reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.

  • Private instruction students are required to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. No-shows and late cancellation will be charged to the student at the rate of one hour for every class missed.

  • Semi-private and group instruction cannot be rescheduled unless ALL students agree to reschedule the class with at least 24 hours notice.

  • A cycle of semi-private or private instruction must be completed within ninety (90) days of commencement of classes.
