Industry Specific Workplace Spanish
Our Total Activity Approach uses pair or group-work activities, role-plays, problem-solving exercises and so on, to encourage a high level of student participation. Classes can be held at your location or at the main BEI campus in midtown Houston. Our Language classes are generally two hours in length and can take place during the work day or after hours until 9:00pm. Saturday classes are also available from 9:00am-12:00pm. The focus of our Workplace Training courses is real-life communication, with an optional component of workplace safety. We would also be delighted to customize the course to students’ needs, specific to the industry.

Materials: Dependant on the level assignment after taking the placement exam.
         
Students in this intensive program will be focusing on seven essential components of language acquisition, including Grammar, Reading, Writing, Listening, Idioms, Conversation and Cultural Awareness. Every day, students delve into level-appropriate text and are expected to complete homework assignments, in-class tasks and other activities, in order to optimize language learning. Our expectations for the students in our Intensive English Programs are extremely high. We value the success of each individual and our instructors strive to not only motivate our students, but also to inspire them to commit themselves to high achievement in the classroom and in everyday life.
 LMS: Learning Management System Â
 FirstClass interactive e-learning and online resources available for full time students. This tool allows students to access their lessons online, with ability to submit their homework, to chat with their classmates, to exchange emails with their instructors and communicate in a group setting.
High-tech Classrooms: At BEI all our classrooms are equipped with Starboards that add new ways in producing a more interactive classroom. This advanced mulitmedia approach opens up a whole new world of possibilities for involving students in interactive games, learning activities and sharing their unique language and cultural input.  Â
